|Recommended: YesClean, organized helpful staff, modern finishes and amenities — I am pleased with my choice of where to live in SLU. Building is simple yet clean and has everything I need. It also has nice furniture and decor in the common areas that is modern and trendy. Love the rooftop sitting areas with open grilling space under cover, movie theater room and large fitness room that never seems to be full but is always clean.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very clean, staff is super helpful, maintenance is awesome. — I'd say its like living in a luxury hotel, but better You have valet trash pick up which is really convenient, a roof top to go up too and watch the sunrise, and everyone is super friendly including the staff. I also love that this a pet friendly community.

|Recommended: YesAdorable modern housing — Although Modera South Lake Union is located by the 99 Highway, the building's sound insulation has been awesome. I can sleep very well at night. Gas range and air conditioning encourage me to cook more which is the best things I love in this apartment

|Recommended: YesGreat and affordable place to stay in SLU — We came walking in and found the staff to be really welcoming. We really liked the apartment complex, the amenities and the apartment itself. The rental process was really seamless and well-conducted by the staff. The apartment is really nice and cozy. However, the apartment is next to the exit of state Hwy 99, so there is a lot of traffic noise if the windows are open . Other than that, the facilities are really good, e.g. the locker system, gym, lounge roof etc. We even have cocktails and barbecues from time to time. Overall, it has been quite an enjoyable stay.

|Recommended: YesGreat Modern Condo Complex — The facilities and staff are amazing. Anything that needs maintenance is fixed within a day and events are hosted constantly by management.

|Recommended: NoNoise issue never get solved — I am still satisfied with the overall quality of the apartment building, including layout and design. However, having been living here for about two years, I experience noise problems literally every day. I am writing this review now facing a vibrating wall due to the next door resident's such a LOUD hip-hop music at 12 am.
We have reported about this numerous times, and it has never been solved clearly. Staffs here always tell us that they give warnings to the residents who make huge noises, but nothing really changes. This makes me get frustrated, and I started to find no meaning of reporting over and over again. We never had this kind of huge noise issues before at any other apartments. The staffs' attitude or their willingness to solve the noise problem for us is a thing that makes me consider moving out.
|Recommended: YesGood Property — Good property but too many construction sites around. And it effects overall parking, noise control and landscaping of the apartment.
