|Recommended: YesSo glad I overcame my fear — I was worried about noise. In a big city, with so much outside noise, and such a big building, I was mostly worried about noise from outside and through walls from my neighbors.
I'm so glad that didn't stop me from this opportunity, because my neighbors are amazing, i've learned to be just as quiet as them, and everyone is so friendly and awesome
It's also very secure, with a key required at almost every door. I'm safe, happy, and love it here.

|Recommended: YesProperty was always kept very clean, was well maintained, a bright well kept apartment block.. — Apartments are spacious, very well maintained, and the onsite managers are always available to assist. Apartments were always managed professionally and the goal for all was to insure every resident was comfortable and content in there living area...
Brittany form the main office was always pleasant and was very much involved in any challenge I had.. Thank you Brittany.. but this goes for all the main office people.

|Recommended: YesAll around a great apartment complex — Occasionally just have to deal with dogs barking early in the morning, but overall it's nice and quiet. Great place to live that's close to a lot of services and locations.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in but already excited to be here — I've only been here a few days but the community seems top notch. I was curious if the units either side of me where currently vacant because I have not heard any noise from my neighbors so far. The fit and finish of the apartment itself is fantastic and I feel like im living in a 5 star hotel. It hasnt quite sunk in yet that this is my place to call home. The staff have been fantastic too. Everyone has been very warm and friendly, quick to reply to any inquiries and eager to help with any questions I had. The move in process was great with the freight elevator and the community amenities are very attractive. Overall I am very pleased with the modera and am happy to now call it home. I am looking forward to staying here for quite some time

|Recommended: YesBest view of Space Needle — This is a cozy and friendly apartment, especially the front desk folks. Maintenance is great.
Little noisy when someone living above you walks or makes sounds. If you get the rooms on the west end you can hear vehicles on the high way.
BUT.... this is the best view you can get.... the amazing view of Space Needle reminds where you are always. AND this is the best feeling that surpasses anything.

|Recommended: YesFantastic property — Definitely super happy being here. The property staff is THE BEST thing about this beautiful community. They are extremely helpful and I definitely feel the most secure having them around. If one needs to experience hassel free living conditions, Modera SLU is the place. The people here set the bar super duper high for the service that they offer. Couldn't be more happy Also, the community is lovely. It has all you need and much more. It is not overwhelmingly huge but not a small community either. I would call Modera SLU a petit chic community. Highly recommend to everyone that is looking for a lovey home-y place to live with the best of the amenities.
