|Recommended: YesFinally, Home — I’ve been here a couple of months and I noticed that they’re always cleaning the maintenance is always keeping the grounds clean inside and out . Staff’s professional courteous it’s just a great place to live especially if you want to get around in the city and be able to go to different events and your whole life is based in the city. I recommend checking them out.

|Recommended: YesI recently moved into Modera South Lake Union and have been incredibly happy since The location is perfect for me as it's close to my job and makes for an easy commute. The building itself is fantastic and offers so many amenities - there's always something to do Every time I come home, I'm impressed with how clean it is and how great it smells. My unit is amazing too. I have a concrete ceiling which helps me a lot as I'm a light sleeper. Overall, I have had no issues with move-in or everyday living. Everyone in the office is super nice and professional, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Lily and Jesse for making my move-in experience such a wonderful one.

|Recommended: YesVery Safe and Friendly place to live — The property manager and the staff are very friendly and host community events often to allow avenues to make new friends. The maintenance staff is very prompt and friendly. The community area, business center, theatre room are really good to host some events. The gym is very clean and airy, does not smell like a sweat. I have enjoyed my stay here.

|Recommended: YesSmooth move in experience — I moved into this building from Canada this week. I made some last minute change as I changed my apartment 3 days prior to move in based on my request. The site staff and community Manager were very diligent , amicable and willing in handling those changes and made my move in very smoothly.

|Recommended: YesSolid Apt — Living here is like living close to the sun. Nice and hot, if you can afford it. Staff has been exceptional. Only complaint is P1 level trash can is always overflowing but it's in the corner, so nobody sees it.
It is also annoying walking through the hallways and seeing everybody's trash outside their door. How lazy are people that they cannot walk down to the end of the hallway.

|Recommended: YesWonderful place — My husband, myself and our son just moved in a few weeks ago. I fell in love the moment I saw the pictures online but fell even more in love the moment I walked into our unit. Our views are incredible and our son everyday says “I love the Space Needle I’m so happy I can see it now out every window ” He’s loved the Space Needle ever since we moved to Seattle in 2020. Anyways, from the appliances to the amenities to the views on the roof to the staff it’s just absolutely amazing here. Some may say I’m being biased because to be fully transparent my husband does work here but that has nothing to do with my love for our unit or the complex. I’ve lived in a 43 story high rise and that wasn’t even as nice as this is, plus the people here are “normal” and friendly all of the time. I’m so thankful to be in the SLU and have our family be able to grow up in this wonderful city in this beautiful apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesLove the Maintenance Team — If you place a work order the maintenance team usually comes by in 2-3 days max. They are always super friendly and efficient. Apart from the maintenance team, the staff is nice, and it’s over all a great place to live. Sometimes construction garbage trucks can be loud, some elevators have shut down temporarily , and the parking deck can be hectic if multiple cars are trying to come in out but those are about the only downsides.
